They are much less prone to cracking and shrinkage,

absorb and release moisture, they cope very well with
changes in temperature and can help to restrict
mould growth in areas prone to condensation. Alltek
HAND products can also improve sound insulation -
just 4mm of Alltek coating provides the same acoustic
properties as 13mm of traditional gypsum plaster.
No bonding agents are required prior to application -
all that’s needed is a clean dry surface free from dirt,
grease and dust. Alltek HAND products can be used directly on new and
old backgrounds including fair faced concrete,
block work, bricks, plasterboard, painted
wallpaper, ceramic tiles, Artex, painted wood, metal
and glass. Application is by spatula or trowel.
