Alltek Airless Violet WR Product Information
Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. is a spray applied filler and levelling compound with viscosity and rheology adapted for
spraying with airless spraying equipment. Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. has additional binders for improved moisture-resistance,
resilience and hardness. To be used over almost any interior surface to fill cracks, holes and undulations to improve the surface for
final decoration. It can be used on all types of interior building surfaces such as cement or gypsum plaster, concrete, building boards
and old painted surfaces and over other Alltek products. Is specially designed for spray with airless piston pump spraying equipment.
Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. is applied as a skim coating over the whole surface.
Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. is supplied ready mixed with no mixing or adding of water required. Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R .is
waterbased, non-toxic and contains no asbestos fibres or other harmful ingredients.
Application is done by spray using an airless type spray machine such as Hemo 10, Graco 1500 or Wagner EP 3000 or traditional mono
pumps. Apply in one or several coats, with intermittent drying. Make a first filling of any larger damages and undulations. When used on
old painted surfaces ensure that the adhesion of the old paint is good.
Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. can be used on semi exterior surfaces with adding of 1 part Portland Cement to 3 parts Alltek
Violet Fine airless W.R. with some extra water added for consistency. When mixed with cement do not spray with airless spraying
equipment as damage to the machine can occur.
Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. can be sprayed as a decorative textured coating and can on ceilings be left without any further
decoration or painting.
Alltek Violet Fine airless W.R. conforms, when applicable, to French Standard AFNOR, British Standard BS, American standard ASTM,
Swedish Standard SIS and German Standard DIN.
